All Trimi jewels are shipped in a gift box. Furthermore, we issue a guarantee of authenticity for each of our jewels and, upon request, a gemological certificate illustrating the characteristics of the product.

Of course, when adding your jewel to the cart, enter your message in the notes field. We will take care of sending your message together with the order.

Shipping

For orders that require a certificate issued by Trimi, shipments are usually made within 2/3 business days of placing the order. For those who require a certificate issued by the Italian Gemological Institute, shipments are usually made within 14 working days of placing the order.

We remind you that the shipment will be made once the full payment of the order has been credited to our current account. If the amount is not received within 7 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for delays or non-payments due to system errors.

If you wish to be picked up at an address other than the delivery address, we ask you to indicate this, in the absence of a request, the delivery address of the order will be taken as the pick-up location. The refund methods depend on the payment method chosen at the time of the order:

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: The refund will only be credited to the credit card used for the purchase


PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: The transfer is made directly via PayPal

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer requesting the refund. The IBAN and the data of the account holder (first and last name) must be specified by e-mail.

Use our box/envelope and insert all the material we sent you. In the event that the returned product has contributed to the achievement of a minimum order value to receive a gift, the return of the above gift is considered to be linked to the return of the product and is mandatory

Print the label we emailed you and hand your return to the courier, well sealed

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: certificates, guarantee, etc.) and complete with the tax documents attached
