We remind you that the shipment will be made once full payment for the order has been received in our current account. In case of non-receipt of the sum within 7 days from the order, the order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any delay or non-payment due to system errors.

The refund methods depend on the payment method chosen at the time of the order

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: the refund is credited only to the credit card used for the purchase

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL: the reversal is made directly via PayPal

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: the refund is made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer who wants to be refunded. By email it is necessary to indicate the IBAN and data of the account holder (Name and Surname).

  • Use our box/envelope and insert all the material we sent you. In the event that the returned product has contributed to the achievement of a minimum order for obtaining a gift, the return of the product is understood to be included and mandatory also of the aforementioned gift.
  • Make sure that the box is well sealed and that the items in the box do not move.
  • Print the label we sent you by email and deliver your return well sealed to the courier.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: certificates, warranty, etc.) and complete with the attached tax documentation.

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above in this return section, we will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days, including any shipping costs.

As required by current legislation, to which reference is made, Trimi Gioielli Milano may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or, at its sole discretion, until the customer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back to Trimi Gioielli Milano.
