Shipping policy
Once the order has been submitted, it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order and a maximum of one address can be indicated for each order. We are only able to deliver to a valid shipping address provided in your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
We remind you that the shipment will be made once full payment of the order has been received in our current account. In case of non-receipt of the sum within 7 days from the order, the order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any delay or non-payment due to system errors.
It is possible to send an extra-EU order upon written request to the e-mail address trimigioielli@gmail.com. We remind you that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These taxes vary according to the Customs of the country of destination and are totally borne by the buyer. For more information, we advise you to contact your local customs authority.
Delivery times vary depending on the address. Usually orders in the EU are delivered in 4-5 working days.
